The app allows you to create spaces, folders, and memos. If you are not signed in, this data is stored locally on your device. If you sign in, your spaces and memos may be synced to our backend service.

AI Camera Data
When you use the AI Camera feature, you may take a photo or select an image from your photo library. The image is sent to our backend service and processed by AI services to detect items or generate recipe recommendations.

Purchase and Credit Information
If you purchase AI Camera credits or receive credits through rewarded ads, we store information necessary to manage your AI Camera credit balance.

Advertising Data
The app may show banner ads and rewarded ads through Google AdMob.

Device and Usage Information
The app and its service providers may process technical information necessary to operate the app, maintain security, deliver ads, and improve reliability.

4. Photos and Camera Access

The app requests camera and photo library access only when you choose to use the AI Camera feature. Images are used to provide AI Camera analysis and related recommendations.

5. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. We do not receive or store your credit card details.

6. Advertising

The app may display banner ads and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and related usage information to provide ads, measure ad performance, and prevent abuse.

7. Data Storage and Retention

Local memo data may remain on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.

If you sign in, synced data may be stored on our backend service until you delete your account or request deletion.

We may retain limited records where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment processing, or enforcement of our terms.

8. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account and associated app data from within the app:

• Open A quiet desk
• Sign in to your account
• Open the account menu on the Home screen
• Select "Delete Account"
• Confirm the deletion request

Deleting your account removes app data associated with your account, including your account identifier, saved spaces, folders, memos, and AI Camera usage data stored by our backend service.

Please include the email address or account provider associated with your account so we can locate and process your request.

Some information may be retained if necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or process payment and transaction records maintained by Apple App Store, Google Play, or other service providers.

We do not sell your personal information. Information may only be shared with service providers required to operate the app, provide authentication, process AI Camera requests, manage purchases, show ads, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

10. Children's Privacy

The app is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Data transmitted between the app and our services is encrypted in transit where technically supported.
